Job Responsibilities:

1、 Responsible for the commissioning, daily maintenance, and upkeep of customer-site equipment;

2、 Statistical analysis and feedback on on-site issues;

3、 Optimization recommendations summarized from on-site equipment usage;

4、 Assist with the company’s daily shipping and order signing, and collaborate with technical staff on improvement testing.

5、 Forward customer feedback on products to the company internally.

Job Requirements:

Job Qualifications :

1、 Major in mechanical, electrical, or automation engineering;

2、 More than 3 years of relevant work experience, with a solid grasp of the fundamentals of equipment electrical systems, circuitry, and mechanical structure.

3、 Familiar with skills in diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and optimizing automated equipment failures;

4、 Possesses strong communication skills, as well as excellent teamwork and learning abilities.
