Job Responsibilities:

Promote the initiation, R&D, implementation, and market launch of new technologies.

2. With business requirements in mind, take the lead in engaging with clients, gather and organize client needs, assist the technical team in conducting feasibility assessments, and develop project plans. Coordinate internal and external company resources to ensure the successful completion of project tasks and resolve issues throughout the project implementation process (including project initiation, R&D, prototyping, testing, pilot production, etc.). Plan and monitor project execution, as well as oversee the project’s go-live and delivery activities.

3. Responsible for managing the progress of the entire project lifecycle.

Job Qualifications :

3 More than three years of work experience in R&D or manufacturing management related to the mechanical and electronic industries, with at least three years of experience in project management or team leadership.
