Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for company project research, needs analysis, application, project approval, and management.
2. Responsible for building project teams and managing the entire project lifecycle.
3. Responsible for organizing project teams, developing project plans, monitoring project execution, and project launch and delivery.
4. Responsible for completing various work reports during the project (requirements management, time schedule, change management, cost management, quality management, etc.).
5. Responsible for coordinating internal and external company resources to complete project tasks and solve problems during project implementation (project approval, R&D, prototyping, testing, trial production, etc.).
6. Responsible for managing project team members and evaluating the work performance of project members and allocating project bonuses.
7. Responsible for project success, project performance, and project QCD (Quality/Cost/Delivery).
8. Collect market information, customer needs, industry development and direction information to provide data information for the company's strategic planning.
9. Complete special tasks and temporary tasks assigned by superiors.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Automation, Electronics, Computer Science or related majors; Master's degree or overseas study experience preferred.
2. More than three years of experience in R&D or manufacturing management in the mechanical and electronics industry, and more than three years of project management or team management experience.
3. Experience in new energy vehicle industry, next-generation information technology industry, energy conservation and environmental protection industry, high-end equipment manufacturing industry, AI and other industries.
4. Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
5. Proficient in using various office software and project management tools; additional points for those who can use professional technical software.
6. Able to write, demonstrate, and explain technical solutions in detail.
7. PMP, NPDP or other related project/product management certificates preferred.
8. Strong communication, coordination, logical thinking, planning and execution, learning and teamwork skills.
9. Able to withstand work pressure and accept business trips (domestic and international).
10. Clear thinking, responsible, good communication skills, hardworking, and team spirit.
