Job Responsibilities:
1. Participate in early-stage projects, ensuring resource allocation and formulating project plans.
2. Develop detailed task lists for various project activities, track task execution, and implement controls.
3. Monitor project progress according to the plan and organize meetings for program reviews.
4. Identify key implementation paths, regularly review the progress of various projects, and report to senior management.
5. Coordinate relationships among various project participants.
6. Oversee the entire project, including personnel allocation.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above.
2. More than 3 years of experience in project management for non-standard automated equipment, with project management experience in 3C field testing equipment preferred.
3. Strong communication skills, diligent and hardworking, team-oriented, strong pressure resistance, able to accept business trips and necessary overtime.
4. Able to accept short-term business trips domestically and internationally, fluent in English listening, speaking, and writing.
5. Strong execution ability, sense of responsibility and mission, good communication and cooperation skills.
