Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the design and development, verification, and improvement of the company's related optical equipment (products) to achieve design goals.
2. Responsible for the selection, testing, and acceptance of optical components.
3. Responsible for writing debugging reports, statistical analysis, customer instruction manuals, and other technical materials, strictly following project schedule and quality requirements.
4. Improve and upgrade existing equipment or develop new equipment based on market feedback; provide support and guidance to the after-sales service department, and provide technical consultation and support related to sales.
5. Cooperate in writing company product specifications, manuals, patent applications, and certification applications.
6. Provide technical support and exchange technical information with engineers in other fields.
7. Cooperate with the department to complete relevant standardized processes and internal training.

Qualifications:
Education Background:
Optics, Optical Engineering, Optoelectronics Information and Technology, Optoelectronic Technology, Physics, or related majors, Master's degree or above.
Experience:
More than 3 years of experience in optical-related work.
Required Skills:
1. Proficient in geometric optics or physical optics and related professional knowledge.
2. Familiar with at least one software such as Zemax/CODEV/LightTools, and can proficiently perform optical design and simulation analysis; participated in the development and debugging of related optical products.
3. Understand optical processing and testing processes; master optical integration and assembly methods.
4. Prior experience in the design and development of optical testing equipment, color analysis instruments, projectors, spectrometers, spectrophotometers, etc., is preferred.
5. Good English reading and writing skills.
