Job Responsibilities:  

1. Negative Responsible for the mechanical design of non-standard automated equipment; based on the design tasks, develop design solutions and prepare technical documentation. ；

2. Proficient in use 3D mechanical design tools such as SolidWorks or UG, and 2D drafting software like AUTO CAD;

3. Perform detailed design and procurement of standard components according to project requirements; understand the mechanisms of mechanical parts as well as the properties and processes of various materials, and be able to independently resolve various issues encountered during the design process.

4. Provide solutions that meet customer requirements and strictly adhere to the project’s schedule and quality standards.

5 , attend project meetings such as Kick-off, DFMEA, and weekly meetings—report project progress to the project manager in a timely manner.

Job Requirements ：

1、9 Bachelor’s degree or above, 85/211;

2 , has More than 5 years of experience in the mechanical and structural design and development of non-standard automation equipment. ， Understand basic electrical components and construction requirements, and be familiar with motors.

3. Familiar with mechanical principles, mechanical drawing, and mechanical manufacturing; proficient in using 3D mechanical design tools such as SolidWorks or UG, capable of creating part drawings and assembly drawings, performing finite element stress analysis, and conducting motion simulations.

4. Familiar with the properties of various aluminum alloys and steels, including their rigidity, density, machinability, weldability, and related applications. Proficient in sheet metal part design and fabrication, as well as in metal surface treatment technologies such as oxidation and electroplating.
