Job Responsibilities:

1. Based on the company’s development goals, formulate production department objectives and annual production plans, break down these objectives to each position within the department, and ensure their timely completion.

2 Coordinate with finance to prepare the annual production budget;

3 Arrange personnel work reasonably based on production needs and employee preferences, and clearly define the tasks and responsibilities of each position.

4 Handle other tasks assigned by superiors and promptly report the results of their handling.

Job requirements:

1、 985/211 undergraduate program And Bachelor’s degree or above, able to read blueprints, major in mechanical automation or a related field;

2、 More than 10 years of experience in the non-standard automation industry, and more than 5 years of experience in production management;

3 Possesses strong awareness of cost control, process optimization, and overall organizational coordination, as well as excellent abilities to analyze and solve problems.

4. Possesses strong leadership, organizational, coordination, communication, and execution skills. ；
