Job Responsibilities :
1. Develop and implement the company’s operational strategy, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall objectives and driving the scalable development of automated business operations.
2 Coordinate production planning, material procurement, inventory control, and supply chain coordination to ensure on-time delivery and product quality.
3 Coordinate among R&D, production, sales, and other departments to resolve cross-departmental resource conflicts. ， Ensure production safety, environmental compliance, and conformity. Industry standards such as ISO/UL;
4 Monitor operating costs (labor, equipment, energy consumption, etc.) and develop cost-reduction and efficiency-enhancement plans.
5 , establish KPI assessment system to enhance team execution and operational efficiency. ， Promote innovation in operational models;
Job Qualifications :
1. 9 85/211 Bachelor’s degree or above majors related to business administration, mechanical automation, industrial engineering, and others;
2. Over 8 years of operational management experience in the manufacturing or automation industry, including 3 years of director-level management experience;
3 , equipped with industrial robots, Preference will be given to candidates with experience in niche areas such as 3C and new energy.
4 Proficient in English listening, speaking, and writing, with excellent communication skills and stress tolerance.
