Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement a comprehensive human resources strategy, as well as medium- and long-term HR plans and annual programs.

2. Lead the recruitment team and establish an efficient recruitment system, with a particular focus on overcoming challenges in recruiting high-end technical talent (such as those specializing in algorithms, software, machine vision, etc.).

3. Build a training system based on job competency and career development pathways;

4. Design and optimize a performance management system and compensation & benefits plan that are fair, motivating, and competitively aligned with the market.

5. Lead the human resources team to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of daily operational tasks such as payroll calculation, social insurance and housing fund management, and personnel procedures.

 

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above (985/211 universities), majoring in Human Resource Management;

2 Proficient in all modules of human resources and capable of systematically integrating them, particularly skilled in performance management, recruitment, compensation, and talent development.

3 Preference will be given to candidates with experience in overseas talent recruitment or human resource management at multinational corporations.

4 , at least 8 More than X years of experience in human resources, including: 3 Annual Human Resources Director / Experience as a senior manager; candidates with a background in high-tech industries related to smart manufacturing, industrial automation, and robotics will be given priority consideration.

5 Salary is negotiable.
