Job Responsibilities:
1. Based on the human resources demand plan, be responsible for recruiting and attracting talent for core positions and mid-to-high-end roles.
2. Develop recruitment plans, expand and maintain various recruitment channels and selection tools, and effectively implement recruitment activities.
3. Post job listings, screen resumes, invite candidates, organize interviews, negotiate offers, and promptly meet the needs of hiring departments.
4. Innovate recruitment channels and methods, refine selection processes and standards, and continuously enhance recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
5. Coordinate with the hiring departments, conduct recruitment data management and recruitment capability training, and build a talent pipeline. , Regularly update recruitment-related reports as required to ensure timeliness and accuracy.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above; major in Human Resource Management preferred.
2. A wide variety of recruitment methods and channels are available to meet the requirements of this job posting.
3. More than five years of full-time experience in recruitment, with at least three years of specialized experience in recruitment within the automation industry. Proficient in recruiting for technical positions in areas such as mechanical engineering, software development, electrical engineering, and optics.
