Job Responsibilities:

1. Participate in the early-stage project, ensure resource allocation, and develop the project plan.

2. Develop detailed task lists for each job, track the progress of these tasks, and implement control measures.

3. Track planned base stations according to the schedule and organize meetings to review the procedures.

4. Identify key implementation pathways, regularly review the progress of each project, and report to higher-level management.

5. Coordinate tasks among all project participants.

6. Overall project coordination and management, as well as personnel allocation.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree from a 985/211 university, majoring in mechanical automation or a related field;

2. Strong communication skills, able to endure hardship and work diligently, possessing a team spirit, highly resilient under pressure, and willing to travel on business trips and work overtime when necessary.

3. Able to accept short-term business trips both domestically and internationally; proficient in English listening, speaking, and writing.

4. Preference will be given to those who can independently design visual inspection, intelligent warehousing, and automated logistics software.

5. Candidates with 2-3 years of work experience will be given priority consideration.

6. Possesses strong communication and coordination skills, logical thinking ability, planning and execution capabilities, learning ability, and teamwork skills.

7. Able to handle a certain level of work pressure and willing to travel on business trips (both domestically and internationally).

8. Clear thinking, responsible, good at communication, hardworking and able to endure hardship, and possesses a team spirit.
