Job Responsibilities:
1.  Responsible for the mechanical design of non-standard automated equipment, formulating design schemes according to design tasks and compiling technical documents.
2.  Conduct detailed design and standard parts procurement according to project needs, understand mechanical parts mechanisms and various material properties and processes, and be able to independently solve various problems during the design process.
3.  Assist the assembly department in project assembly and explain mechanical drawings and key points to technicians, debugging, installation and after-sales service.
4.  Provide solutions that meet customer requirements and strictly implement project schedule and quality requirements.
5.  Participate in project meetings such as kick-off, DFMEA, and weekly meetings, and promptly report project progress to the project manager.
6.  Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Qualifications:
Education Background:
Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Design, Industrial Automation, Automatic Control, or Mechatronics Engineering (exceptional candidates may have their educational requirements relaxed).
Experience:
5+ years of experience in mechanical and structural design and development of non-standard automated equipment.
Skills:
1.  Familiar with mechanical principles, mechanical drawing, and mechanical processing; proficient in using SolidWorks or UG and other 3D mechanical design tools, drawing parts and assembly drawings, finite element stress analysis, and motion simulation.
2.  Familiar with the rigidity, density, machinability, weldability, and other properties of various aluminum alloys and steels, as well as their applications; familiar with sheet metal design and processing, and familiar with oxidation and electroplating metal surface treatment technologies.
3.  Understand basic electrical components and construction requirements and be familiar with motors.
