Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for personnel management and work arrangements of the software team.
2. Responsible for the management of software development projects and related technical support.
3. Responsible for the software R&D of automated equipment, developing new functional modules according to customer requirements, testing and putting them into use, and porting and maintaining existing programs and modules.
4. Data collection and processing of production lines, completing software programming, debugging, and on-site equipment installation guidance.
5. Improve and upgrade existing equipment based on market feedback, or develop new equipment; provide support and guidance to the after-sales service department, and provide sales-related technical consultation and support.
6. Participate in writing company product specifications, manuals, patent applications, and certification applications.
7. Provide technical support and technical exchange to electrical engineers, and cooperate with the Silicon Valley R&D team to promote prototype assembly and experimental design.
8. Cooperate with the department to complete relevant standardized processes and work, including internal training.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Industrial Automation, Automatic Control, Software Design, or a related major.
2. More than five years of software development experience in non-standard automated equipment, and more than three years of relevant management experience.
3. Proficient in one or more software designs such as Labview, C#, C, C++, VB.
4. Familiar with motion control, machine vision, PLC, MES, Python, SQL database, or related capability development projects.
4. Experience in software development of industrial machine vision algorithms (target positioning, defect detection, barcode recognition, OCR), etc.
5. Able to independently design and develop software for non-standard projects.
6. Good English reading and writing skills.
