Job Responsibilities:
1. Research and development of 3D point cloud processing algorithms.
2. Basic processing of 3D laser point clouds, including point cloud registration, point cloud interaction and visualization, point cloud editing (deletion, patching, segmentation, slicing, etc.), point cloud optimization (resampling, filtering, noise removal, smoothing), point cloud meshing, and feature extraction.
3. Responsible for using point clouds for error analysis, including comparison with CAD models.
Comparative analysis and analysis of point cloud detection quality.
4. Responsible for the research and development of visualization, real-time processing, and storage algorithms for large-scale point clouds.
5. Responsible for the verification and maintenance of point cloud related algorithms.
6. Responsible for writing relevant technical documents.
Qualifications:
Education Background:
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in computer science, surveying, mechanical and automation related majors. Preference given to candidates with SLAM experience.
Experience:
More than 2 years of experience in 3D point cloud visualization and processing.
Skills Required:
1. Proficient in C++, familiar with the PCL point cloud library, and able to use Visual Studio for development and debugging.
2. Preference given to candidates with experience in independently designing software for non-standard projects.
3. Good English reading and writing skills.
