Job Responsibilities:
1. Based on the development strategies formulated by the company's decision-making level, responsible for organizing the technical development team of the department, planning the company's technological development roadmap and new equipment development and technological improvements, and achieving the company's technological innovation goals.
2. Lead the scheme design and process planning of automation projects.
3. Responsible for formulating technical standards, quality standards, and assembly and debugging processes for new projects, solving the pain points and difficulties in the company's technological research and development.
4. Responsible for the design of automation projects, leading the relevant work of automation projects, and ensuring the output cycle and efficiency of the projects.
5. Responsible for immediately guiding, processing, coordinating, and resolving technical problems that arise during development; providing technical maintenance and solutions, and promoting the timely and high-quality completion of projects.
6. Responsible for the overall design and R&D plan evaluation of projects, and new product development.
7. Guide, review, and promote product design and production improvement work.
8. Optimize the internal organizational management and talent cultivation of the department, lead the personnel of the department to continuously improve their technical skills and development efficiency, build a highly efficient technical team, and improve the sustainable development of talent.

Qualifications:
1. Postgraduate degree or above, majoring in Mechanical Design Manufacturing and Automation, or Mechatronics.
2. More than 15 years of experience in mechanical design and R&D, including more than 8 years of experience in non-standard industries and more than 5 years of experience in the same position.
3. Proficient in using PORE, SW, CAD and other drawing software, and is proficient in mechanical structure, mechanical design or equipment modification, and mechanical processing technology.
4. Possesses certain market insight and forecasting capabilities, and can provide technical solutions based on market demand, with unique insights into key technologies.
5. Strong organizational, coordination, and innovation abilities, as well as team-building capabilities, and identification with the company culture.
6. Fluent in English speaking, reading, and writing.
