Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for organizing the department's technical development. ， Team building, planning the company’s technology development roadmap and the development of new equipment and technological improvements;

2. Lead the scheme design and process planning for non-standard automation projects. ， New product development;
3 Guide, review, and promote product design and production improvement efforts;
4 Responsible for providing immediate guidance, handling, coordinating, and resolving technical issues arising during the development process; offering technical maintenance and solutions, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
5, Optimize the internal organizational management and talent development within the technology department, lead the technology team members to continuously enhance their technical skills and development efficiency, build a highly efficient tech team, and foster sustainable talent development.

Job requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree from a 985/211 university and With Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Design and Manufacturing & Automation, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields;
2. Over 15 years of experience in software or algorithm development, including more than 8 years of experience working in non-standard industries and over 5 years of management experience in the same position.
3. Proficient in at least one of the following development languages: C++, C#, or LabVIEW; highly skilled in machine vision, motion control, and algorithm development. And Mechanical design and non-standard automated equipment manufacturing processes;
4、 Strong organizational and coordination skills, innovative capabilities, and team-building abilities; shares the company’s corporate culture. ， Proficient in English listening, speaking, and writing;
