Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist R&D engineers in the design and development during the early stages of projects and in-house prototype debugging.
2. Lead product implementation and debugging at the client site, resolving various mechanical, software, and electrical issues encountered during implementation, strictly adhering to project schedule and quality requirements.
3. Collaborate with business and R&D engineers to complete various customer verifications.
4. Collect, analyze, and statistically process on-site equipment data, and provide equipment usage optimization suggestions to the R&D department.
5. Compile equipment operation and maintenance manuals and train after-sales personnel.
6. Provide support and guidance to the after-sales service department, and offer technical consultation and support to the sales department.
7. Cooperate with technical personnel to conduct improvement tests.

Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree or above in Industrial Automation, Automatic Control, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
Experience:
More than 3 years of relevant work experience.
Skills:
1. Master the basic knowledge of electrical, circuit, and structural aspects of non-standard automation equipment.
2. Master the skills of troubleshooting, maintenance, and optimization of automation equipment.
3. Familiar with product manufacturing and processing technologies.
4. Familiar with motion control, machine vision, PLC, MES, Python, and SQL database related development projects.
5. Understand one or more software designs, including Labview, C#, C, C++, VB.
6. Good English proficiency is preferred.
