In this era of constant renewal and forward momentum, Otlan has reached a significant milestone in its development journey: our new headquarters campus project has been successfully bid for and is now officially underway!

Suzhou, a city where millennia of cultural heritage seamlessly blends with cutting-edge technology, is one of China’s most innovative cities. Thanks to its robust industrial foundation and strong government support, Suzhou High-Tech Zone is attracting an increasing number of high-tech enterprises to establish themselves here.

Our new plant is located in the Suzhou High-Tech Zone—a truly “hotbed of development” that boasts scenic mountain and water views and convenient transportation.

Located to the west of Taihu Lake and bordered by Dayang Mountain to the east, this base places equal emphasis on ecology and resources, while seamlessly integrating industry with culture—making it the ideal “Entrepreneur’s Garden.”

The new headquarters will not merely be a factory campus—it will also serve as the strategic cornerstone for Otterlane’s journey into the future. The project covers a total site area of approximately 20,000 square meters and boasts a total floor area exceeding 48,000 square meters, encompassing:

✅ A total of 203 parking spaces for motor vehicles, including both above-ground and underground spaces.
